Allie has emerged
on to the make up artist scene by no mistake. Ever since she was a young
child she self describes herself as always being unique. I always looked
at colors and thought about what I can do with it on a face. I like to
be different.” And it’s that difference and that creativity
that gave her the drive to drop it all and pursue her passion for makeup
despite what others may have expected of her. Now, a certified makeup
artist and Libbs Beauty School graduate, this New York native is ready
and equipped to handle any job that may come her way. “I can never
get bored with being a makeup artist. There is always something more to
learn and something more exciting to do.” As for her approach to
her capabilities, “I can do anything. I never limit myself and am
always open and looking to do more creative work. Working with different
types of people makes it all the worthwhile for me. You never stop expressing
yourself in this industry. You learn new things just by looking at pictures
in a magazine or even a graffiti scrap on a wall” This expression
she has delivered over and over through her work in fashion shows, weddings
and music videos, just to name a few. |
